1. Question: What will Ascent do to help me with my move?

    Answer:   Our goal is to help make your move as easy as possible. We’ll make your travel arrangements with our authorized travel agents and                    coordinate with the moving company. We’ll also provide temporary lodging for you, as close to your work site as possible. All you have                    to do is be home when the movers arrive and be ready to go – we’ll do the rest!

2. Question: What if my possessions are damaged during the move?

    Answer:   Contact Ascent immediately, with a detailed list of what was damaged and a description of the damage. We’ll use this information to help                    you file a claim with the moving company

3. Question: If I don’t have time to find an apartment, how long can I stay in the hotel?

    Answer:   Ascent will pay your hotel expenses for two weeks, after which hotel costs will be deducted from your check.
